General visual inspection of the building materials of the inter & exterior of your home to look for any damage/deficiencies
Testing of all electrical fixtures (including GFCI’s, voltage testing at receptacles
Infrared scanning of your electrical panel to catch potential issues (such as loose connections, weak breakers, overheating circuits, etc)
Testing of all plumbed fixtures, as well as home water pressure and moisture testing if leaks are detected
Infrared scanning of the building envelope to detect moisture or unwanted heat loss/gain
Testing of your HVAC system for heating & cooling, as well as testing at every supply register
Flow testing of all exhaust fans and dryer vent (bathroom & kitchen)
Operational check of all appliances
