  • Complete a brief walkthrough of your home and point out potential deficiencies, and give you potential solutions to any found deficiencies.

The Basic Home Maintenance Orientation is great for homeowners who want to learn how to take care of the fundamental parts of their home. During this approximately 4 hour service, we will walk you through many of the basic home maintenance items, as well as provide you a template to help you keep track of the maintenance activities of your home.

Note: The Basic Home Maintenance Orientation covers everything from the Home Orientation service as well.

The Advanced Home Maintenance Orientation is a service for home owners who want to learn the nitty gritty parts maintenance of their home. This service covers everything from the Basic Home Maintenance Orientation and much more.

  • GFCI Testing

  • Sump pump testing (if applicable)

  • Roof Inspection
